The Annual Pet Parade in Tombstone was held last Sunday April 13th. Everyone had a great time. Our announcer was Marty Miller ; Judges were former councilman Jim Doughtery, current Councilman Armando “Pachi” Villa, and Miz Lyn McGowan; The banner carriers were two lovely ladies from the Occidental Theatre. Shelter dogs were Maya with volunteer Joy, and Lex with volunteer Robyn; Largest pet was Tonya the mule with her person Karen Troncale; Smallest pet was Beany, a Yorkie with his person Charlotte Gilbert, Most Unusual was Matilda the Ferret with her person Colleen Jones, the Cutest was Guido a little blind guy adopted from the Tombstone Shelter, Best Costume went to Nutmeg and her person Debbie Korleski (Nutmeg rode in the fancy carriage with her brother Pancho ); Most senior handler was Miss Aggie, and the youngest handler was Miss Dakota
